Political beliefs can be sensitive. This installation’s behaviour:

Quizzes without an account

You can start and finish quizzes anonymously. Result URLs use random public IDs. We do not require email.

Optional profiles

Save My Profile stores a 5-letter PoliDNA ID, a password hash (Argon2id), avatar metadata, and links your results to that profile. There is no email signup and no email recovery. You cannot change your ID yourself.

There is no public member directory.

What is not public

Answers are not listed on the open web. Share cards never include free-text. Owner-only views can show your answers.

Network data

IP addresses are not stored in the clear for marketing. Rate limits may use a short-lived hash or in-memory counter.

AI

Narratives (when enabled) go through OpenRouter with score summaries. Free-text is treated as data, not instructions. Passwords are never sent to the model.

Analytics

If first-party quiz analytics are enabled, start/complete-style events live in our database — not a third-party ad pixel by default.

Donations

Payment processors (when configured) handle card/PayPal data under their policies. Donating does not alter scores.
